The Awaken package is for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and mental health concerns who may have experienced abuse, trauma, controlling or narcissistic relationships & PTSD. This package brings mind and body together in a gentle and nurturing way to address the root causes of these issues, awakening you to a new level of consciousness, to create freedom from your symptoms and to live the life you desire. Root Cause Therapy taps into your unconscious mind and unprocessed emotions that are stored in the body. It heals the root cause of trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, addictions, and any other issues that are present in your life. My energy healing sessions are created to provide a safe and nurturing space to heal, shift & align your mind, body, and soul, promoting deep relaxation, reconnecting with your inner guidance, and unlocking your body's natural ability to heal itself. This Package includes: • 9 x Root Cause Therapy sessions (allow up to 2 hrs per session) • 2 x Energy Healing sessions (allow up to 1 hour) (sound healing optional) • Home support (via text or email between sessions) • 11 x sessions in total • For best results, sessions should be attended weekly or fortnightly • Please allow up to 2 Hours per Individual RCT Session • Payment plans available or upfront payment • Deposit of $350 is required upon booking Sessions are held In Person if in Adelaide or online for interstate & overseas clients *Upon booking you will receive an email with the address if you are attending in person*
