Reiki 1 degree is the first chapter to your Reiki healing journey. It will provide you with the foundations that you will need to guide you on the path to heal yourself and others, connecting you to inner healing and connection to the light within. Reiki is a natural healing modality that is safe and promotes balance and harmony in your mind, body & soul. Reiki is a gentle, relaxing, & non-intrusive healing practice, that is transferred by the practitioner by placing their hands on or above the areas of the body that are needed for healing. Reiki is the transfer of the highest healing energy called life force energy, that is shared from one being to another. Reiki is available to all. Simply by setting the intention to learn Reiki, you are choosing to awaken the channels within you to remember your already special gifts of natural healing. Reiki 1, will help you to work on your own inner healing, bringing about personal awareness, a deep connection to the divine, & healing your physical body on a cellular level. By taking this course, you will learn: - A deep understanding of the foundations of Reiki - Reiki Lineage - Reiki history - The benefits that Reiki provides - The 7 chakras and the energy bodies. - Reiki Principles - The do’s & don'ts of Reiki - The mind, body & Soul connection - You will be attuned with the first Reiki attunement & given your first symbol - 21 days self-healing practice. All levels include: • Printed manual • Certificate • A small gift • Access to Online Student Portal with resources, videos, and connection to a Facebook group & community, where you will connect and learn alongside other Reiki students, sharing knowledge and wisdom, with the options to practice with and on one another.
